GLS Canada lists its branches (more than 65 in Canada) on its website. Call the nearest one before you go to confirm it takes parcels at the counter, and until what time. If you buy a GLS Canada label on our platform, you do not need a drop-off point: a pickup at your address is booked at checkout, with no pickup fee.
Find a GLS Canada branch
GLS Canada’s branch page lists its terminals. We found no list of retail partners that accept GLS parcels, the way some other carriers have. Before you travel, phone the branch to confirm it receives parcels from the public, its hours, and the cut-off for a same-day departure.
On our platform: pickup instead of drop-off
A GLS Canada label bought from us includes a pickup at the shipping address, booked at checkout. There is no pickup fee and no drop-off option: the parcel leaves from your door. The service covers shipments within Canada.
In Laval: print your GLS label at the LAVAL-01 locker
No printer? Our LAVAL-01 locker, at 2805 boul. de la Concorde Est in Laval, prints GLS Canada labels bought on our site: the scanner reads your code and the thermal printer prints the label. It is open during store hours, Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and weekends 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The locker prints the label, but it is not a GLS drop-off point: GLS then picks the parcel up at the address on the shipment.
| Option | Where | Check |
|---|---|---|
| Drop off at a GLS branch | Branch list on gls-canada.com | Counter acceptance, hours, cut-off |
| Pickup with our platform | Your shipping address | Booked at checkout, no pickup fee |
| Label printing | LAVAL-01 locker, Laval | Store hours; not a drop-off point |
Track the parcel after handover
“Label created” does not mean GLS has the parcel. GLS Canada tracking shows each step once the parcel is in its hands, at the counter or at pickup.
