Use Purolator’s official locator to choose a point accepting your service. A staffed counter, partner point and drop box do not necessarily offer the same services. Confirm hours, limits and final collection.
Choose an eligible point
Search your postal code on the carrier’s site and check the chosen point’s services. A retail chain may host a counter, but its other branches do not necessarily support the same carriers.
Check labelling and printing
For an unattended prepaid drop-off, prepare the parcel as instructed and attach the required label. At a staffed counter, postage purchase or printing may be offered depending on location and service. Confirm this rather than assuming a label must always be printed beforehand.
Distinguish opening and collection
A store may stay open after the carrier has collected parcels. Ask whether your planned drop-off will make that day’s collection and when transit counting begins.
Keep handover evidence
Ask for available handover evidence and keep the tracking number. “Label created” alone does not confirm carrier possession. For a return, also follow the retailer’s instructions.
Frequently asked questions
Must I always print before travelling?
It depends on the point and service. Unattended prepaid drop-off requires complete preparation; a counter may offer other options. Confirm printing or accepted codes before travelling.
